Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of large-scale infrastructure projects, including transportation networks, utilities, and public spaces.
• Perform complex engineering analysis, including hydrological studies, traffic modelling, and structural integrity assessments.
• Ensure all designs meet stringent quality, safety, and environmental standards, adhering to current UK legislation.
• Manage project teams, providing technical direction and fostering a collaborative remote working culture.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, design documentation, and project proposals.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
• Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) or equivalent.
• Expertise in infrastructure design software, BIM, and project management tools.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams remotely.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
