Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the installation and commissioning of complex technical systems and equipment.
• Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for challenging installation issues.
• Develop detailed installation plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and implement improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior installation engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential installation challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in leading and performing complex equipment installations.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or software systems relevant to installations.
• Proven ability to interpret complex technical documentation and schematics.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required by the hybrid work model.
