Senior Instructional Designer - E-Learning

About the Role

Our client is searching for a highly experienced and creative Senior Instructional Designer to join their thriving, remote-first team. This role is essential for creating compelling and effective e-learning experiences that drive learning and development across the organization. You will lead the design and development of engaging digital learning content, working with subject matter experts to translate complex information into accessible and impactful learning modules. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, engaging, and interactive e-learning courses using a variety of instructional design methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content, ensure accuracy, and align learning objectives with business goals.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and other learning materials for online delivery.
• Utilize e-learning authoring software (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to produce polished learning modules.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and iterate based on learner feedback and performance data, working remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design , with a strong portfolio showcasing e-learning development.
• Proficiency with industry-standard e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
• Solid understanding of adult learning theories, ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage projects independently in a remote setting.
