Senior Instructional Designer (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, effective, and accessible e-learning courses, workshops, and performance support materials using a variety of instructional design methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), project managers, and multimedia developers to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Apply adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design to create learner-centered experiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions within project scope and budget.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in e-learning and instructional design , recommending innovative approaches.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent extensive experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia development software.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, curriculum development , and assessment design.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a fully remote setting, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
