Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of concept artists , setting clear artistic direction and providing constructive feedback.
• Develop and champion the overall visual style and aesthetic for projects, creating high-quality concept art for characters, environments, and key assets.
• Collaborate closely with art directors, game designers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive visual library and style guides for the art team.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in concept art and digital illustration.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Concept Artist in the gaming, film, or animation industry, with a significant portfolio of published works.
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior role, managing and guiding other artists.
• Exceptional artistic skills in digital painting, sketching, and 3D concepts using software like Photoshop, Procreate, ZBrush, and Blender.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling .
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
