Key Responsibilities

• Ensure underwriting decisions align with company strategy, risk appetite, and profitability targets.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an Insurance Underwriter , with a strong focus on commercial property and casualty lines.
• In-depth knowledge of insurance principles, financial analysis, and risk management techniques.
• Proven ability to make sound underwriting decisions on complex risks.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACII) are essential.
• Leadership potential and experience in mentoring team members.
