Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients in the technology sector, understanding their unique staffing needs.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for complex IT roles, from initial briefing to successful offer negotiation.
• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT talent, including passive candidates.
• Conduct in-depth technical interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skill sets and cultural alignment.
• Provide strategic market insights and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Proven track record (4+ years) as an IT Recruitment Consultant, with significant experience in senior roles.
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape, IT roles, and current market trends.
• Demonstrated success in business development and managing high-value client accounts.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing techniques for technical roles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to excel in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote flexibility with office-based collaboration in Cambridge .
