Senior ITSM & Change Governance Analyst

A&O Shearman is seeking a Senior ITSM Process Support Analyst to provide senior-level administration and governance across ITSM processes. You will coordinate Change & Release, Problem Management, and Service Design to ensure controlled, low-risk service delivery and compliant processes.

You will work with global service desk managers, regional IT managers, and vendors to prepare information, highlight risks, and elevate decisions to process owners or forums.
