Job Description
A&O Shearman is seeking a Senior ITSM Process Support Analyst to join the Belfast IT team, providing senior-level administration and reporting support across ITSM processes. You will coordinate governance forums, ensure evidence and records are complete, and drive improvements while balancing governance with delivery.
The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, 5+ years in IT, and excellent stakeholder engagement. ITIL v4 certification is preferred.
