The company is investing in the continued modernisation of its software platforms, introducing new versions of Java, Springboot, Angular, REST APIs and Microservices. You'll work across both existing systems and new development, helping improve scalability, performance and maintainability while contributing to technical design discussions.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Commercial frontend development experience with Angular, React or Vue.js.

• Good understanding of relational databases and the ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries.

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes or OpenShift

• Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns and object-oriented programming.

• Experience developing and maintaining complex enterprise applications.

• Familiarity with Git, testing, debugging and modern software development practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to discuss technical implementations in depth.

• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend development.

Angular is the preferred frontend framework, but developers with React or Vue experience who are willing to learn Angular will also be considered.

Desirable Skills

• Cloud technologies and DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.

• Jenkins, Maven and other build tools.

• Experience with J2EE, JBoss or legacy enterprise systems.

• Experience with large-scale transactional systems, billing platforms or telecommunications software.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.

Telecommunications experience is desired, but not essential.
