Maintaining regular communication with customers throughout the process.

Managing multiple live opportunities and prioritising workload effectively.

Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a consistently high standard of service.

Maintaining accuracy across design, pricing and customer information.

Contributing towards individual and wider team sales performance.

Requirements / Skills:

Previous experience in a design-led customer environment.

Experience within kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, interiors or another related sector would be particularly relevant.

Good spatial awareness and a strong eye for design.

Comfortable working within a commercially focused environment.

Confident presenting ideas and discussing significant purchases with customers.

Previous experience with design or CAD software is desirable.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Organised and capable of managing several customer projects simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail.

Positive, motivated and keen to develop professionally.

What’s on Offer:

Basic salary of £30,000–£38,000 depending on experience.

Uncapped performance-related earnings.

Exposure to a broader range of interior projects.

Opportunity to further develop both creative and commercial design skills.

Support from an experienced team.

Long-term development opportunities within an established interiors business.
