About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join their legal team on a fully remote basis, supporting their operations based in Edinburgh . This senior role will involve providing strategic legal advice across a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate matters, including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and diverse business units, acting as a trusted advisor and playing a crucial part in shaping the company's legal framework and strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

Requirements
