Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of major process improvement projects across multiple operational sites.
- Analyze complex operational data to identify root causes of inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and fostering professional development.
- Develop and refine operational standards, best practices, and performance metrics (KPIs) for enhanced efficiency and quality.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related advanced technical field.
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or a similar strategic operational role.
- Expertise in advanced statistical analysis, simulation modeling, and Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex, large-scale improvement projects.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective remote leadership.
