Senior Life Sciences Change Leader & Transformation

BIP Life Sciences Change & Transformation is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the people and organisational dimensions of complex client transformation programmes. You will own end-to-end change workstreams and translate technology, data and operating model changes into tangible outcomes.

This senior, client-facing role requires building credibility with senior stakeholders, shaping change propositions, and driving adoption across programmes, teams and third-party partners.
