Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment through discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare legal documents with precision and clarity.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating effectively on their behalf.
• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and potential risks associated with their matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior legal staff, including paralegals and trainee solicitors.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice law in England and Wales, with a current practicing certificate.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in civil litigation .
• Demonstrated experience in handling complex commercial disputes and dispute resolution .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software.
