Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on complex litigation cases.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and strategic foresight.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums.
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including document review, interrogatories, and depositions.
- Advise clients on legal risks, strategies, and potential outcomes throughout the litigation process.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates and paralegals, fostering a collaborative team dynamic.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
- Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience in commercial litigation .
- Proven track record of successfully managing significant caseloads and achieving favorable results for clients.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong understanding of civil procedure rules and evidence.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software.
