About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional make-up application services for clients, including consultations for special occasions and everyday looks.
• Conduct in-depth skincare analysis and recommend suitable products and routines based on client needs.
• Achieve and exceed personal and counter sales targets through expert product knowledge and persuasive sales techniques.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and stock management for the beauty counter.
• Educate clients on product usage and benefits, fostering long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a professional Make-up Artist, preferably within a retail or salon environment.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic products, skincare ingredients, and current beauty trends.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with a proven ability to meet targets.
• A passion for beauty and a creative flair, with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
