Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the annual budget and rolling forecasts.
• Prepare comprehensive management accounts, including detailed variance analysis and narrative.
• Provide strategic financial insights and business partnering support to operational departments.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Drive improvements in management reporting processes and financial systems.
• Mentor and guide junior members of the management accounting team.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
• Strong track record in management accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience with financial modelling and business partnering.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and contribute to the team in Bristol .
