Senior Management Accountant

About the Role

Our client is actively seeking an accomplished Senior Management Accountant for a fully remote position. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles for the organisation.
• Prepare and present detailed monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment appraisals.
• Analyse business performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Oversee and improve financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and optimise resource allocation.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• A minimum of 6 years' experience in management accounting or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
• Proficiency in financial reporting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for a remote environment .
