Senior Management Consultant - Change Management

About the Role

Our client, a leading management consultancy, is looking for an accomplished Senior Management Consultant specializing in Change Management to join their practice in Brighton . You will guide organizations through periods of significant transformation, helping them to successfully adopt new strategies, technologies, and processes. This role involves working closely with leadership teams to design and implement effective change initiatives, ensuring employee buy-in and minimizing disruption. You will be a key player in driving sustainable change for businesses in East Sussex and across the UK, fostering adaptable and resilient organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential barriers.
• Design and deliver communication and stakeholder engagement plans to support transformation initiatives.
• Coach and advise leadership teams and key stakeholders on change management best practices.
• Develop training programs and materials to support the adoption of new ways of working.
• Measure the effectiveness of change interventions and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on change management.
• Proven success in leading and delivering complex organizational change programs.
• Deep understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in stakeholder analysis and management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
