Senior Management Consultant - Change Management

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies and plans.
• Assess organizational readiness for change and identify potential risks and resistance points.
• Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to support transitions.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build capability and buy-in for change initiatives.
• Measure and monitor the impact of change interventions, making adjustments as necessary.
• Advise senior leaders on best practices for managing organizational change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in change management consulting or a dedicated internal change management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale organizational change initiatives.
• Expertise in change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
