About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant specializing in Operations to join their thriving practice in Stoke-on-Trent . This role focuses on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving performance improvements for a variety of clients. You will lead complex operational transformation projects, working closely with client teams to implement practical and sustainable solutions. This hybrid position offers a blend of remote flexibility and essential in-office collaboration to foster teamwork and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment and redesign of core business operations and supply chains.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Manage client engagements from inception through to successful implementation and evaluation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client operational teams.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants on operational consulting methodologies.

Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in operations management or operations consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proven track record of leading complex operational transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing senior client relationships.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
