Key Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on operational strategy, supply chain optimization, and logistics management.
• Conduct detailed operational diagnostics, identifying key performance gaps and root causes of inefficiency.
• Develop and implement robust operational improvement plans and transformation programs.
• Manage project teams, client relationships, and stakeholder expectations throughout project lifecycles.
• Utilize data analytics and modeling to support recommendations and drive decision-making.
• Contribute to knowledge management and best practice development within the operations consulting practice.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations consulting or a senior operational leadership role within industry.
• Proven expertise in areas such as supply chain management, manufacturing, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering impactful results.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Experience with relevant operational frameworks and methodologies.
