Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for supply chain optimization, lean methodologies, and quality management.
• Manage client relationships and project teams, ensuring successful delivery of operational transformation projects.
• Advise C-level executives on best practices in operational management and performance improvement.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the development of the firm's operational consulting capabilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain consulting, or a similar leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering significant operational improvements and cost savings for clients.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, lean Six Sigma principles, and performance metrics.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
