Key Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic assessments of client operational processes, utilizing data analysis and process mapping techniques.
• Develop and implement optimized operational frameworks, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to execute operational improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate change management efforts, ensuring buy-in and adoption of new processes and technologies by client staff.
• Provide expert guidance and coaching to client teams on operational best practices and performance management.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in management consulting , with a focus on operations, supply chain, or process improvement.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex operational transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations Management; advanced degree a plus.
