Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultancy projects focused on enhancing public service delivery, operational effectiveness, and strategic alignment for public sector clients.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of public sector operations, identifying areas for improvement and innovative solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to address challenges related to policy implementation, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior public sector officials.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants working on public sector assignments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a significant focus on the public sector .
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a government or public service environment.
• Strong understanding of public policy, service delivery models, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with experience engaging senior public officials.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Policy, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
