About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Management Consultant to focus on the Public Sector for their Bristol office. You will play a key role in advising government bodies, non-profits, and public service organizations on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of public sector challenges and opportunities, combining strategic insight with practical implementation guidance to drive positive societal impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead diagnostic and strategic planning engagements for public sector clients, identifying key challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and implement solutions for service transformation, operational efficiency, and digital modernization within public organizations.
• Advise on public policy implementation, stakeholder management, and organizational restructuring.
• Ensure compliance with public sector procurement processes and governance standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience consulting for or working within the public sector.
• Demonstrated success in delivering strategic projects for government or public service organizations.
• Strong understanding of public sector finance, policy, and operational frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
