Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of advanced thermal management solutions using CFD and FEA.
- Perform detailed thermal analysis, heat transfer calculations, and system modeling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, mechanical, software) in a remote setting to integrate thermal solutions.
- Specify materials, components, and manufacturing processes for thermal systems.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate thermal performance under various operating conditions.
- Document designs, analyses, and test results comprehensively.
Requirements
- PhD or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Thermodynamics or Heat Transfer.
- Over 8 years of experience in thermal engineering and mechanical design.
- Expertise in CFD and FEA software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, COMSOL).
- Strong understanding of heat transfer principles, fluid dynamics, and material properties.
- Proven ability to innovate and solve complex thermal challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective remote teamwork.
