Our client, a distinguished management consultancy, is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Management Consultant to join their thriving practice. This role, based remotely but serving clients primarily in the Leeds area and the North of England, focuses on helping organisations develop and execute robust growth strategies. You will work closely with business leaders to identify new market opportunities, optimise market entry strategies, and drive sustainable revenue growth. This position is ideal for a consultant with a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive strategy, and inorganic growth, who thrives in an autonomous, results-driven remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements focused on corporate strategy, market entry, mergers & acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis, competitive intelligence gathering, and financial modelling to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop compelling strategic plans and executable roadmaps for growth, including go-to-market strategies and business model innovation.
- Advise senior executives on strategic choices and provide critical insights to drive informed decision-making.
- Manage client relationships and project teams effectively, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction, often in a remote setting .
- Contribute to the firm's thought leadership and business development efforts in the strategy and growth domain.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, with a focus on growth and market expansion.
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex strategic problems using analytical and commercial acumen.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive strategy, financial analysis, and M&A processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience in virtual collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver exceptional results in a remote work environment.
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
