About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Management Consultant to join their practice in Southampton . This role focuses on advising clients on growth strategies, market entry, competitive positioning, and organizational design. You will play a key role in helping businesses navigate complex market dynamics, identify new opportunities, and build sustainable competitive advantages. This position requires a deep understanding of market analysis, strategic planning, and the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations for C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements focused on corporate strategy, market analysis, and growth initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence gathering, and industry analysis.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and business development.

• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills, with experience advising senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
