Key Responsibilities

• Manage client projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Analyze client operations and develop data-driven recommendations for strategic and operational enhancements.

• Develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities for follow-on work.
• Support the development of junior consultants through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar advisory role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage client expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
