You will mentor junior consultants, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm's thought leadership and business development efforts. Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end consulting projects, from initial scoping and diagnosis to solution design and implementation support.
Develop and present compelling business cases and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives.
Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and client satisfaction.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing and prospective client organizations.
Mentor and develop junior members of the consulting team, fostering their professional growth.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a senior strategic role within industry.
Demonstrated expertise in areas such as digital transformation, cost optimization, or market entry strategy.
Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams effectively.
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
