Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting engagements, from scoping and diagnosis to solution design and implementation oversight.

• Facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse client teams to ensure buy-in and successful change adoption.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in management consulting or a similar advisory role, with a focus on strategy and operations.
