About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Management Consultant to join their dynamic practice based in Bradford , operating on a hybrid model. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting services to a variety of clients, focusing on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and organizational change. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to lead projects from initiation through to successful implementation. You will contribute to a collaborative team environment, driving client success and enhancing our firm's reputation in the Yorkshire region .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client project teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
• Conduct thorough business and financial analysis to identify key challenges and opportunities.
• Develop innovative strategic and operational recommendations for clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders at various levels.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver tangible business results.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with change management initiatives is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
