Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex consulting projects, from scoping and diagnosis to strategy development and implementation.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling to identify key business opportunities and risks.
• Develop and present compelling strategic recommendations and action plans to C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their development and ensuring project quality.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to leverage best practices and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in strategic planning , operational improvement, or digital transformation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
