Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business operations, identifying areas for improvement and developing data-driven strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present compelling business cases, project plans, and final reports to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and ensuring adherence to the firm's methodologies and standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Drive business development initiatives, contributing to proposal writing and identifying new client opportunities within the Leicester region and beyond.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a related strategic advisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale business transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a deep understanding of business processes and financial modelling.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and lead cross-functional project teams effectively.
