Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client engagements from inception to completion, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Conduct in-depth business analysis, identify key performance gaps, and develop strategic recommendations.
• Design and implement tailored solutions, including process optimization, organizational restructuring, and change management initiatives.
• Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in management consulting or a similar strategic advisory role.
• Proven expertise in at least two core consulting domains such as strategy, operations, digital transformation, or organizational design.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects independently.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with C-suite executives.
• A Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is highly desirable.
