Senior Manager – Development & Production Chemistry

Bio-Techne seeks a Senior Manager of Development & Production Chemistry to lead design, development, scale‑up and manufacture of small‑molecule tools supporting life‑science research. The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on oversight to meet NPD pipelines, production schedules and QA standards.

You will manage Lab EHS and collaborate with facilities, planning and QA, representing the function during audits while fostering a culture of safety, delivery, and continuous improvement.
