Key Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and hot stone massage.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify specific needs, physical conditions, and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement personalized massage and wellness treatment plans for each client.
• Educate clients on posture, stretching, stress management techniques, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, professionalism, and client care within the therapy room.

Requirements

• Professional certification from a recognised massage therapy school or association.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a qualified Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology.
• Strong background or certification in wellness coaching or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a calm, safe, and therapeutic environment for clients.
