Key Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of therapeutic massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone massage.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify specific needs, pain points, and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement personalized wellness plans that may include exercise, nutrition, and stress management advice.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and proactive wellness strategies.
• Maintain detailed client records, treatment notes, and progress tracking.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing Massage Therapist .
• Certification or demonstrated experience in Wellness Coaching .
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills.
• Ability to create a calm and therapeutic environment for clients in Plymouth .
