You will be responsible for delivering exceptional therapeutic massage treatments and providing personalized wellness coaching, helping clients achieve their health goals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and aromatherapy massage.
• Conduct client assessments to identify needs and tailor treatment plans for optimal results.
• Develop and deliver personalized wellness coaching sessions focusing on stress management, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and provide recommendations for home-based wellness routines.
• Maintain client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Contribute to the development of new wellness programs and treatments offered by the retreat.

Requirements

• Recognized professional qualification in Massage Therapy.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience providing therapeutic massage in a clinical or spa setting.
• Certification or proven experience in Wellness Coaching.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
