Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Massage Therapist & Wellness Coach to join their holistic health centre in Liverpool . This role combines advanced therapeutic massage skills with personalised wellness coaching, helping clients achieve optimal physical and mental well-being. You will work with a diverse clientele, developing tailored treatment plans that integrate massage therapy with lifestyle advice, contributing to the centre's mission of promoting health and vitality in Liverpool .

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage techniques, including deep tissue, sports massage, and Swedish massage.
• Conduct client assessments to understand their health history, specific needs, and wellness goals.
• Develop and implement personalised wellness plans, incorporating exercise, nutrition, and stress management strategies.
• Educate clients on self-care techniques, stretching, and postural correction.
• Maintain accurate client records and track progress towards wellness objectives.
• Collaborate with other health practitioners within the centre to provide integrated care.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Professional registration and insurance.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a practising Massage Therapist.
• Certification or demonstrable experience in wellness coaching or a related field.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
