About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Massage Therapist to join their wellness centre in Bradford . In this role, you will provide a range of therapeutic massage treatments designed to promote relaxation, relieve stress, and improve overall well-being for clients. You will work with individuals to understand their specific needs and tailor treatments accordingly, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology, along with exceptional therapeutic skills and a commitment to professional development within the holistic health sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and hot stone massages.
• Assess clients' needs through consultation and physical assessment to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer safe and effective massage techniques to address client concerns such as muscle tension, pain, and stress.
• Provide clients with guidance on self-care, stretching, and lifestyle adjustments to support their recovery and well-being.
• Maintain detailed client records, including treatment history, progress notes, and recommendations.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism in the treatment room and throughout the facility.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a qualified Massage Therapist .
• Diploma or certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Proficiency in a variety of massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development.
