About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Massage Therapist to join their established wellness clinic in Bradford . This role involves providing a wide range of therapeutic massage treatments to clients, addressing various physical concerns and promoting overall well-being. As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to the development of new treatment protocols and mentor junior therapists, ensuring the highest standards of client care and service excellence within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and remedial massage.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their needs and tailor treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide expert advice on self-care, stretching, and posture to enhance client recovery and well-being.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and treatment progress notes.
• Mentor and guide junior massage therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client confidentiality.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Massage Therapy .
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a practicing massage therapist.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent client communication, empathy, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary health and wellness team.
