About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Massage Therapist to join their established wellness centre in Wolverhampton . This role involves providing a range of therapeutic massage treatments, assessing client needs, and developing personalized treatment plans to promote relaxation and recovery. As a senior member of the team, you will also be expected to contribute to training junior therapists and uphold the highest standards of professional practice. Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and pre-natal massage.
• Conduct client assessments to identify specific needs and tailor treatments accordingly.
• Develop and implement personalized massage therapy plans for clients.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage and recommend home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Mentor and guide junior massage therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• Certified and experienced Massage Therapist with a minimum of 5 years of practice.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Valid professional liability insurance.
