Key Responsibilities

• Perform various types of therapeutic massage, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and aromatherapy.
• Assess clients' needs and medical histories to provide personalized and effective massage treatments.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain a tranquil and professional treatment space, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
• Assist in managing the massage therapy schedule and client bookings.
• Stay updated on the latest massage techniques and continuing education requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification in Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT).
• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a professional spa or clinic setting.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and contraindications for massage.
• Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Certification in First Aid is desirable.
