Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical systems for innovative R&D initiatives.
• Perform advanced engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and dynamic simulations , to optimize designs.
• Utilize state-of-the-art CAD software for detailed 3D modeling, drafting, and assembly design.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including software, hardware, and physics experts, in a virtual setting.
• Oversee the fabrication of prototypes and lead experimental testing and validation processes.
• Document R&D findings, contribute to patent applications, and present technical progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a strong background in R&D and innovation .
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and advanced FEA/CFD tools .
• Demonstrated experience in leading technical projects and driving innovation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and analytically.
