Key Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of robotic systems, manipulators, and end-effectors.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings using industry-leading software.
• Perform stress analysis , kinematic simulations, and dynamic analysis to optimize robotic performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with electrical engineers, control system engineers, and software developers to ensure integrated solutions.
• Oversee prototyping, testing, and validation of robotic mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design issues throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design, with a significant focus on robotics or automation.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of robotics principles, kinematics, dynamics, and control systems integration.
• Experience with materials selection, manufacturing processes, and mechatronics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
