Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of intricate mechanical components and systems using advanced 3D CAD tools.
- Perform thorough stress analysis , thermal, and vibration simulations to validate designs.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including detailed drawings and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and quality control.
- Identify and implement design improvements to enhance product performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Expertise in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards.
- Proven ability to manage design projects and deliver them on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
