Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex mechanical components and assemblies using advanced CAD tools.
• Conduct rigorous engineering analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), to validate designs.
• Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality assurance, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product realization.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Proficiency in advanced 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA/CFD analysis tools.
• Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and DFM principles.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and contribute to strategic design decisions.
